We were the first cargo company in Turkey when we were established in 1982. We reached our branch network all through the country, giving no break to our investments since our establishment. In addition to domestic activities, we’ ve started to offer service in Northern Cyprus Turkish Republic and world wide.

Today, we continue to render our services through 16 regional directorates, 725 branches, 30 hubs and depots, over 2500 branded vehicles and more than 10.000 employees.

As a result of high quality services we provide for our customers, we were awarded with TS EN ISO 9002 Quality System Certificate in 1999 and TE EN ISO 9001: 2000 Quality System Certificate in 2003. We were the first cargo company to receive these Certificates in our country.

Our basic principle is using technology for improving our work quality. We followed the improving technologies since we were established. For example, by using our Cargo Automation Systems, today we have access to all information regarding cargo. Therefore we inform our clients rapidly. We enable the follow up of such information by our branch staff via means of the network system in our branches. We have built a new technological infrastructure that will be activated soon and will be connecting all the branches online. As a result, we will provide much faster and flawless service.

We believe that the most efficient way to improve service quality is to improve human resources quality. Therefore, we provide trainings to our employees in simulation environments at our countrywide training centers. Accordingly, we ensure new carreer opportunities .

Trainings we provide cover the services rendered in all of our units such as the quality management of Yurtici Kargo and customer satisfaction. By our “Suggestion Development System”, we encourage anyone, whatever his/her position may be, to propose suggestions on any subject. After our evaluations, we award the applicable ideas. In order to provide same level high quality and complete service to our customers, in all of our points we make annual inspections and evaluations according to the criterias we have carefully determined priorly.
