Yurtiçi Kargo Headquarter, located
in Istanbul Maslak; consists of the departments
below:
 Cargo
Operations
Provides that all units of Yurtici Kargo
carry out efficient studies, pursues such activities
of the company that are within the scope of shipment
operation, follows and directs the studies of
all units related to its subject area.
Sales and Marketing
Responsible for the coordination and structuring of all sales,
marketing, public relations activities,
regarding Quality Assurance Management.
Finance
Provides that accounting and finance processes
of Yurtici Kargo are performed regularly in compliance
with the laws and the relevant regulations, and
carries out the entire financial processes.
Information
Technology
It pursues the national and international developments,
the best practices both in the sector and the
logistics sector, threats and opportunities formed
within and outside the organization and submits
them to company administration and implements
such practices, and provides the data-processing support
necessary for company activities.
Human
Resources, Training and Administrative Services
Provides recruitment, performance and career management,
compensation and training management as well as
all the administrative services required
within Yurtiçi Kargo.
Quality
Assurance
It coordinates the activities regarding the establishment,
development and sustenance of quality assurance
system on behalf of senior administration.
REGIONAL DIRECTORATES
AND RELATED UNITS
There are 14 Regional Directorates within the
scope of Yurtici Kargo. The organizational structure
of Regional Directorates is parallel to the structure
of HeadQuarter;
Administrative Department
Provides and maintaines the administrative functions of Yurtici Kargo Co. in accordance with internal procedures and orders.
